Our customer, one of the world's leading providers of technology consulting, new product design, development, and testing services in different industries, is now looking for a manager/administrator of their Spanish office in Barcelona.

What you will do:

- Take on phone calls and manage all correspondence
- Handling Hardware Shipment Onsite to Offshore /Offshore to Onsite .
- GDC Inventory handling
- Assisting employees in resolving any Issue with IT/Telephone/Security
- Handling Hardware Shipment Onsite to Offshore /Offshore to Onsite .
- GDC Inventory handling

Requisitos Minimos:
- High level in written and spoken English (CEFR: C1)
- Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
